Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
Conduct one-on-one and small group therapy sessions to teach communication, social, and adaptive living skills.
Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and guide intervention strategies.
Apply behavior modification techniques, including positive reinforcement and prompting hierarchies.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Assist in developing and adjusting behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on data trends.
