  • Implement and maintain robust tracking and attribution logic across first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch scenarios using server-to-server (S2S) postbacks, pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and analytics integrations (GA4, Segment).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate KPIs (traffic, conversions, EPC, AOV, CAC, LTV, churn, fraud rates) using dashboards and SQL/BI tools to provide actionable recommendations for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Run A/B tests and incrementality experiments to validate publisher value, promotional effectiveness, and campaign-level lift while avoiding cannibalization of other channels.

  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams to review contracts, NDAs, and promotional compliance, ensuring brand safety and regulatory adherence across partner activity.
  • Optimize publisher mix and budget allocation by shifting spend to high-LTV cohorts, minimizing dependence on any single partner, and promoting diversification across geographies and verticals.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and narratives for leadership, summarizing performance drivers, risk areas, and opportunities for scaling affiliate investments.

Secondary Functions

  • Support ad-hoc performance analyses and deep-dive reports to inform growth strategy and executive decision-making.
