Primary Functions

  • Perform complete installation of residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split systems, packaged rooftop units (RTUs), heat pumps, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, condensers, evaporators, ductwork, and associated controls, ensuring installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service tasks on scheduled accounts β€” clean coils, check refrigerant pressures, lubricate moving parts, replace filters, inspect belts and bearings, calibrate thermostats, and confirm proper airflow and system performance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Read, interpret, and work from mechanical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, submittals, and manufacturer service manuals to execute installations, retrofits, and repair work accurately and efficiently.
