Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Lead and manage daily air traffic control operations across towers, approach, and en-route units to ensure safe, orderly, and efficient movement of aircraft, continuously monitoring traffic volumes and adjusting staffing and procedures to maintain capacity and safety.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Air Traffic Management, Transportation, or a related field; OR equivalent military ATC qualifications and professional experience.
