Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Lead, supervise, and directly manage multi-disciplinary installation crews and subcontractors for aluminum panel, ACM (aluminum composite material), and metal cladding systems to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and per drawings and manufacturer specifications.

Manage punch lists and final closeout activities for aluminum panel scopes, ensuring corrective actions are completed, documentation and warranties are compiled, and client acceptance is achieved.
Monitor labor productivity, prepare crew staffing plans, and recommend adjustments to resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency and meet critical milestones.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to expedite submittals, receive technical clarifications, secure specialized replacement parts, and coordinate finish/color matching with paint providers and metal finishers.
Respond to emergent site issues (damage, weather impacts, fabrication errors) with contingency plans, coordinate remedial work, and document recovery actions to minimize schedule impact and preserve quality.
