Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Represent the brand at scheduled events, retail promotions, pop-ups, street teams, and campus activations — deliver a consistent, on-brand presentation and create memorable consumer experiences that drive trial, sign-ups, and purchase intent.

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with venue managers, retail buyers, student organizations, and community influencers to secure recurring placements and referral business.
  • Operate within health, safety, and legal compliance guidelines for food handling, sampling regulations, alcohol service (where applicable), and venue-specific rules.
  • Provide post-activation analysis including qualitative feedback, sample photos, demographic insights, and recommended next steps to improve future activations and targeting.
  • Maintain personal professional presentation and ambassador readiness: uniform care, branded kit maintenance, and replenishment of personal PPE or role-specific tools.

Secondary Functions

  • Assist marketing teams in refining target audience profiles using frontline feedback and observed customer behaviors during activations.
  • Support logistics by coordinating shipment and receipt of event material, storing assets securely between activations, and tracking asset condition and location.
