Primary Functions

- Assist customers with online order pickup, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences between store and e-commerce channels.
- Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store trunk shows by preparing merchandise, staffing events, and assisting with merchandising and customer outreach.
- Maintain accurate markdowns, price changes, and ticketing updates; execute promotions and clearance strategies in coordination with management.

- Prepare and maintain an organized, safe, and visually appealing stockroom: label, fold, hang, and store inventory per brand standards to reduce retrieval time and shrink.
- Execute daily operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures, banking deposits, store walkthroughs, and facility upkeep to ensure smooth store operations.
- Capture and report customer feedback, sizing trends, and competitive intelligence to management and merchandising teams to inform assortment and allocation decisions.
- Support alterations and special-order processing where relevant, coordinating with in-store or third-party tailoring services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and meet KPI targets (sales, conversion, units per transaction, average unit retail) and participate in sales huddles and performance reviews to continuously improve results.
