Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conduct continuous, high-visibility and covert store surveillance and floor patrols to proactively deter theft, fraud and policy violations, documenting observations to reduce inventory shrink and improve safety metrics.

- Participate in loss-prevention program rollouts, policy updates, and seasonal risk planning to adapt procedures to promotional periods, holidays, and high-traffic events.
