Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Manage a portfolio of retail and mass-affluent clients by proactively maintaining regular contact, conducting periodic portfolio reviews, and advising on day-to-day account needs to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the client onboarding process including KYC/AML verification, documentation collection, account set-up, electronic access provisioning, and coordination with operations to ensure timely and compliant account openings.
- Prepare tailored financial and investment proposals, performance reports, and portfolio review materials that translate complex investment strategies into clear recommendations aligned to client goals.
- Execute client transactions and trade requests in accordance with client instructions and internal controls; partner with trading and operations teams to reconcile trade discrepancies and ensure accurate settlement.
- Conduct needs analysis and risk profiling to assess client objectives and suitability for investment products, documenting the recommendation rationale and suitability assessments.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across banking, lending and investment product lines by building trusted relationships, leveraging product specialists, and following targeted referral strategies.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients to resolve service issues, respond to inquiries about products and processes, and escalate complex matters to senior advisors or specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records, interaction logs and case notes within CRM systems; ensure all client data updates and communications are documented to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior advisors during client meetings by preparing agendas, assembling client materials, capturing meeting notes and following up on action items to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor client portfolios for performance, risk exposure and compliance with investment mandates; recommend rebalancing or allocation adjustments in coordination with the advisory team.
- Collaborate with product specialists to design and present tailored investment solutions including model portfolios, discretionary mandates, and structured products when appropriate for client objectives.
- Provide clear and timely client communication on market updates, portfolio performance and firm insights to educate clients and reinforce the advisor relationship.
- Assist with fee calculations, billing inquiries and preparation of account statements, tax reporting documents and other regulatory disclosures for clients.
- Coordinate multi-party client service activities such as beneficiary changes, trust and estate coordination, account transfers and custodian interactions to ensure seamless execution.
- Support business development initiatives by preparing prospecting materials, qualifying referrals, participating in client events and following up on leads to help grow assets under management.
- Prepare and contribute to pitch books, investment committee materials and RFP responses by conducting market research, performance attribution and product analysis.
- Ensure onboarding and ongoing account activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations; prepare documentation required for periodic reviews and regulatory audits.
- Manage client escalations and service recovery situations with empathy and a solutions orientation, coordinating internally to resolve issues quickly and preserve the relationship.
- Train and educate clients on digital tools, online portals and reporting platforms, driving adoption of self-service channels and timely delivery of electronic communications.
- Track and analyze client transaction patterns and account activity to identify at-risk relationships, revenue opportunities and service improvements; propose retention strategies based on data insights.
- Support the implementation and roll-out of new products, technology upgrades and process changes by coordinating testing, client communication and internal training to minimize client disruption.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
