Primary Functions
- Provide strategic planning and leadership for academic programs: develop and implement multi-year strategic plans that align curriculum, faculty hiring, research priorities, and student success goals to institutional missions and accreditation standards.

Education & Experience
Educational Background
Minimum Education:
- Master's degree in education, higher education administration, or a discipline relevant to the academic unit; or equivalent leadership experience in higher education.
Preferred Education:
- Terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., J.D., or equivalent) in a relevant academic field or demonstrated senior leadership experience in academic administration.
