Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling print and digital marketing materials — including brochures, posters, banners, email templates, landing page graphics, and social media assets — that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

- Design social media campaigns with platform-specific sizing and motion options, and deliver multi-format assets for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Support email marketing design by producing modular email layouts, hero images, and responsive assets compatible with common ESPs and email builders.
- Build visual concepts and storyboards for short-form motion and animated content; produce motion graphics and lightweight animations (GIFs, MP4s) using After Effects or Premiere when required.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product managers, and web developers to ensure design intent and messaging remain aligned across campaigns and product pages.
- Assist in the development, upkeep, and organization of the digital asset library and version control systems to streamline reuse, attribution, and archival of design files.
- Adapt print collateral into accessible digital formats and ensure designs consider WCAG basics (contrast, legible typography, alt text recommendations).
- Produce packaging mockups and point-of-sale materials that follow brand standards and meet manufacturing constraints, including dieline application and material considerations.
- Support A/B testing of creative variations by producing multiple on‑brand design options and analyzing performance insights in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Implement and document brand updates in style guides and internal design systems, creating clear usage examples and component specifications for cross-functional teams.
