Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, maintain and drive program plans and master schedules by breaking down initiatives into clear phases, milestones, deliverables and timelines, ensuring all cross-functional dependencies are identified and tracked.
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across engineering, product, design, QA, operations, legal and vendor teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule and quality expectations.

- Monitor and control program budgets: track actuals vs. forecast, capture cost drivers, identify financial risks, prepare budget updates and liaise with finance for invoicing and forecasts.
- Create and maintain risk and issue registers; lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, escalation and closure processes to reduce program exposure.
- Manage change control: document scope changes, evaluate impact on schedule and budget, secure approvals and update plan artifacts and stakeholder communications.

- Act as the escalation point for operational incidents related to program deliverables and coordinate resolution across teams, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and remediation.
- Support customer and partner communications for launches or incident updates by preparing consistent messaging, timelines and follow-ups.
- Mentor and onboard junior project staff or contractors, distributing tasks, reviewing work products and providing constructive feedback to accelerate team capability.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline program workflows, reduce administrative overhead and increase delivery predictability.
- Coordinate testing & launch activities including UAT execution, launch readiness checklists, cutover plans, and post-launch verification to minimize business disruption.
- Maintain vendor invoices, contract milestone verification and change orders in coordination with procurement to ensure accurate, timely payments and financial records.
