Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the assigned business unit or product portfolio, delivering against revenue, margin, and growth targets while balancing investment and cost discipline.

- Design and implement robust risk management and compliance frameworks, ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit readiness standards.
- Own monthly and quarterly financial forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning; present clear and actionable insights to senior leadership and the board.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize end-to-end processes through automation, tooling, and process redesign.
- Oversee contract negotiation and vendor management for strategic suppliers and partners, driving commercial terms that mitigate risk and deliver scalable service levels.
- Spearhead digital transformation and technology modernization programs, partnering with IT and product teams to adopt cloud, analytics, automation, and secure architecture.
