Primary Functions

  • Perform odor elimination and sanitization services using ozone treatment, enzyme-based cleaners, and HEPA filtration when required, documenting processes and customer sign-off for sensitive or biohazard situations.
  • Assist in specialty services such as rim polishing, brake dust removal, engine dressing, and convertible top care following manufacturer care recommendations and seasonal service needs.
  • Ensure consistency in product selection and application by maintaining a shop-approved product list, replacing worn applicators and pads, and tracking pad rotation schedules to reduce marring and cross-contamination.

Secondary Functions
