Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for commercial AV installations, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, procurement, installation oversight, commissioning, client acceptance, and close-out documentation to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
