Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Coordinate transition planning for students or clients moving between programs, classrooms, or home/community settings, ensuring continuity of supports and staff training.
- Design and implement systems-level supports such as classroom-wide positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS), visual supports, schedules, and environmental modifications.
- Identify and arrange community resources, referrals, and multidisciplinary supports (occupational therapy, speech therapy, mental health services) to address contributing factors to behavior.
