Primary Functions

- Bleed, repair, and replace hydraulic brake systems (disc and rim) for SRAM, Shimano, Magura and other systems; including caliper alignment, rotor truing, pad replacement and ensuring consistent modulation and stopping power.

- Follow and enforce workshop safety protocols: hazardous materials handling (battery, lubricants, sealants), proper disposal of fluids and batteries, PPE use, and maintain clean, organized workstations.
- Support shop events, demo days, group rides, and race-day pit support: set up transient repair stations, perform rapid repairs in high-pressure environments, and represent the shop or brand professionally.
