Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and troubleshooting on outboard, inboard, sterndrive and diesel propulsion systems using handheld diagnostic tools, OEM software, multimeters and mechanical inspection to isolate faults and recommend corrective actions.

Support rigging and commissioning for new vessels: rig engines, connect steering and controls, set up propellers, complete pre-delivery inspections and hand over vessel to customers with a technical walk-through.
Fabricate and weld marine-grade metals for brackets, supports and custom repairs using MIG/TIG processes; perform basic machining or coordinate with machine shop for specialized parts.
