Primary Functions
- Control access to the venue by verifying tickets, scanning IDs, checking guest lists, and enforcing age and admission policies to prevent underage entry and/or overcapacity situations.

- Respond immediately to medical emergencies by providing first aid, CPR/AED if certified, summoning EMS, and assisting paramedics upon arrival.
- Maintain clear, professional radio and in-person communications with security team members, supervisory staff and emergency services to ensure coordinated responses to incidents.
- Execute emergency evacuation procedures, direct people to safe exits, ensure egress routes and fire exits remain clear, and provide crowd direction during alarms or incidents.

- Support cash-handling and safe transport for late-night counts and vendor cash-ins, including escorted transfers to secure locations or vehicles when required by policy.
- Conduct basic checks of interior and perimeter doors, locks and lighting; report maintenance or safety hazards to management proactively to reduce risk exposures.
- Provide courtroom testimony or written statements for legal proceedings when required, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout any legal process.

Secondary Functions
