Primary Functions

  • Install, terminate, and certify fiber optic and coaxial cable plant for residential and business services, including fusion splicing, connectorization, and OTDR-based loss and reflectance testing to meet company and industry specifications.

  • Enforce pole and right-of-way safety and coordination: identify make-ready needs, coordinate with utilities and contractors for pole attachments, and follow municipal permitting and locates (811) requirements.
  • Execute complex cutover and migration activities for technology upgrades (e.g., HFC to DOCSIS 3.1 or GPON/Active Ethernet upgrades), including scheduling customers, migrating services, and validating QoS and SLAs.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
