Primary Functions

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, state insurance requirements, MLS/regional real estate statutes) and incorporate compliance checks into the deal lifecycle.
  • Manage renewals and retention activities, conducting regular account reviews, benchmarking pricing, and recommending portfolio reshaping or product swaps to reduce client churn.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, risk analysts, legal, and operations teams to obtain approvals, manage documentation, and ensure underwriting criteria or contract covenants are satisfied.
  • Oversee claims advocacy or dispute resolution on behalf of clients—coordinating with claims teams, providing evidence, and negotiating settlements when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate transaction records, audit trails, and client documentation in CRM and back-office systems, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
