Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead the end-to-end application lifecycle for mission-critical business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Enablement), including requirements definition, vendor selection, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support while ensuring alignment to business strategy and measurable KPIs.
