Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage end-to-end client engagement activities: draft proposals, prepare commercial terms, coordinate internal approvals, and ensure timely delivery of client-facing materials that support deal closure and retention.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support pricing, margin analysis, scenario planning, and contract negotiations; produce business cases that demonstrate ROI and sensitivity analysis.
  • Own the sales pipeline tracking and forecasting process: maintain up-to-date CRM data (e.g., Salesforce), produce weekly and monthly pipeline reports, and escalate risks to leadership with mitigation plans.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and pitch decks for clients and executives using PowerPoint, incorporating market analysis, financial findings, and clear recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities, define differentiators, and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, finance, operations) to coordinate onboarding, contract execution, SLA definitions, and deliverable timelines for new clients.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses end-to-end: coordinate contributors, synthesize technical and commercial responses, and ensure compliance with submission requirements and deadlines.
  • Lead day-to-day account management tasks, including regular client check-ins, issue resolution, coordination of deliverables, and tracking of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Perform detailed data analysis using Excel and SQL to identify trends, surface insights, and propose operational improvements that increase revenue or reduce cost.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, SOPs, and playbooks for proposal generation, deal handoffs, and reporting to increase repeatability and reduce cycle times.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contract amendments in partnership with Legal and Finance to ensure balanced risk allocation and revenue recognition alignment.
  • Coordinate and manage diligence requests during client onboarding and renewal cycles; compile documentation, respond to queries, and maintain due-diligence trackers.
  • Design and implement pricing strategies informed by cost analysis, market benchmarking, and value-based pricing frameworks to maximize profitability.
  • Drive internal process improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen principles or stakeholder feedback to reduce friction across sales-to-fulfillment handoffs.
  • Create and present monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly performance reports to clients and senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor contract performance, usage metrics, and billing accuracy; collaborate with Finance to reconcile invoices and resolve revenue discrepancies.
  • Support cross-selling and upsell initiatives by mapping client needs to product capabilities, preparing proposals, and coordinating pilot programs or proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors or third-party partners; manage SOWs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Mentor and train junior associates on business processes, CRM best practices, analytical techniques, and client communication standards.
  • Facilitate internal kickoff meetings and sprint planning sessions for project teams, ensuring clarity of scope, assigned owners, and milestone tracking.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality requirements in all client and contract interactions.
  • Drive ad-hoc strategic projects such as market entry assessments, pricing optimization, or product launch readiness, delivering actionable recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
