Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Design, build, and deliver customized coaching engagements (1:1 and group) that align with client business goals, leveraging evidence-based frameworks to produce measurable outcomes in revenue, profitability, customer retention, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive business diagnostics including financial reviews, market analysis, customer value propositions, competitive positioning, and operational bottlenecks to create prioritized, time-bound action plans.

  • Facilitate leadership and management development programs, workshops, and off-sites that improve team alignment, decision-making, delegation, conflict resolution, and coaching culture across organizations.
  • Establish clear KPIs, OKRs, and performance dashboards with clients; track progress, analyze variance, and adjust tactics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing accountability and momentum through weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions, progress reviews, and implementation support to ensure strategic plans convert into operational results.
  • Coach founders and executives on fundraising readiness, pitch refinement, investor communication, and governance best practices when applicable.
  • Train and mentor internal leaders to scale capabilities—teaching coaching skills, feedback techniques, goal-setting disciplines, and performance management processes.
  • Design and run structured problem-solving sessions to address customer churn, sales pipeline gaps, pricing erosion, operational inefficiencies, and margin compression.
  • Advise on organizational structure, role clarity, hiring roadmaps, and succession planning to support scalable growth and reduce single-point dependencies.
  • Support the development and rollout of repeatable sales processes, pipeline management, and sales compensation frameworks that drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and validation activities to help clients prioritize product-market fit initiatives, pricing experiments, and expansion opportunities.
  • Create and deliver tailored toolkits, templates, playbooks, and implementation checklists (e.g., business model canvases, scorecards, revenue forecasts) that clients can operationalize immediately.
  • Run structured change-management programs—stakeholder mapping, communication plans, adoption metrics, and reinforcement mechanisms—to embed new behaviors and processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure marketing, sales, operations, finance, and product teams share common goals and operate against the same performance metrics.
  • Deliver executive presence coaching focused on high-stakes presentations, board reporting, negotiation tactics, and stakeholder influence for senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, including regular stakeholder updates, issue escalation handling, and executive sponsorship activities to preserve engagement momentum.
  • Evaluate and recommend vendor, tool, and technology solutions (CRM, KPIs dashboards, marketing automation) that enable operational scalability and data-driven decisions.
  • Capture case studies, success metrics, and lessons learned; use insights to continuously refine coaching methodologies, frameworks, and content offerings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards while handling sensitive financial, personnel, and strategic information for client organizations.

Secondary Functions

  • Support ad-hoc business analysis requests, including revenue modeling, cashflow forecasting, and scenario planning to inform short-term and long-term decisions.
  • Contribute to the organization's coaching program strategy, content roadmap, and scalable delivery models (group cohorts, digital courses, subscription services).
  • Collaborate with external advisors (accountants, legal, marketing experts) to coordinate holistic client solutions and referrals.
  • Participate in business development activities: lead generation, proposal creation, client discovery calls, and sales demos for coaching services.
  • Develop and maintain a library of diagnostic tools, templates, session plans, and digital assets to accelerate client onboarding and reduce preparation time.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in coaching and consulting to keep service offerings modern and differentiated.

  • Manage scheduling, billing, and contract renewals for coaching engagements; assist with partner/affiliate agreements as needed.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

Experience Requirements
