Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead end-to-end client engagements: define the problem statement, structure the engagement approach, lead discovery workshops, synthesize findings and present actionable recommendations that align to client strategy and KPIs.

- Lead procurement and vendor management activities for third-party solutions: evaluate vendor capabilities, run RFPs, compare commercial terms and provide recommendation for selection and contracting.
- Perform operational and organizational diagnostics including capacity, capability and cost-to-serve analyses to recommend right-sizing, role clarity and resourcing models.
- Execute pricing and commercial analyses to optimize pricing strategies, contract terms and margin improvement opportunities, including scenario testing and sensitivity analysis.
- Manage program financials: track budget vs. actuals, forecast resource needs, control scope creep and escalate commercial risks in a timely manner to protect project profitability.
- Coordinate and mentor junior consultants and analysts: review their analyses and deliverables, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure quality and consistency of work products.
- Develop and maintain a repository of frameworks, methodologies, case studies and reusable artifacts to accelerate future engagements and support knowledge management.
- Conduct risk assessments for strategic initiatives and recommend mitigation plans, governance structures, and contingency actions to minimize execution risk.

- Measure and report engagement impact post-implementation: define benefit realization metrics, track savings or revenue gains and prepare post-mortem analyses to capture lessons learned.
- Provide subject matter expertise in industry-specific domains (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail) to tailor recommendations to sector constraints and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, data protection standards and client governance policies when handling sensitive information during consulting engagements.
Secondary Functions
