Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Own end-to-end P&L accountability for assigned business unit(s), including revenue forecasting, margin optimization, cost control, and delivering quarterly and annual financial targets in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute the 12–36 month strategic business plan that identifies growth levers, market expansion opportunities, product prioritization, and resource allocation to achieve sustainable top-line and bottom-line results.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and commercial execution by defining target segments, pricing, promotional strategies, channel mix, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement programs to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations, finance) through goal setting, performance management, clear career pathways, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into product and service roadmaps, working closely with product management to prioritize features that deliver measurable value and differentiation.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing scalable processes, KPIs, dashboards, and governance that improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and increase productivity across the value chain.
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and scenario planning; synthesize insights from financial models and communicate trade-offs and investment recommendations to executive leadership and the board.
  • Manage strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and alliance negotiations to extend reach, reduce costs, accelerate innovation, and support delivery capabilities.
  • Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision making; partner with analytics and IT to deploy business intelligence, CRM, ERP, and automation tools that increase visibility and speed-to-insight.
  • Oversee sales operations and revenue management, including pipeline management, territory design, incentive plan alignment, and sales process optimization to improve conversion and reduce churn.
  • Drive pricing strategy, lifecycle management, and promotion optimization using elasticity analysis and A/B testing to protect margins while maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Lead change management initiatives including organizational redesigns, M&A integrations, and large-scale process improvements while maintaining productivity and employee engagement.
  • Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs for the business unit; conduct regular business reviews and lead corrective action plans when performance deviates from target.
  • Own risk management and compliance for the business line, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and data privacy standards.
  • Direct marketing strategy and demand generation campaigns (digital, content, events, PR) in partnership with marketing leadership to build brand equity and drive qualified leads.
  • Spearhead customer success and service strategies to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS), reduce support costs, and increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis to inform product positioning, promotional tactics, and competitive responses that protect market share and accelerate growth.
  • Represent the business externally with customers, investors, analysts, and industry forums; present results, strategy, and market outlook with clarity and credibility.
  • Lead recruitment, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives to build a resilient bench and ensure leadership continuity.
  • Monitor operational KPIs across supply chain, logistics, and delivery to ensure on-time performance, quality standards, and cost-effective fulfillment.
  • Manage complex, cross-border projects and coordinate regional teams to deliver consistent execution across markets while adapting to local regulatory and cultural nuances.
  • Create and maintain a culture of experimentation and continuous learning—designing pilot programs, measuring outcomes, and scaling successful initiatives quickly and responsibly.
  • Allocate capital effectively across short-term initiatives and long-term strategic bets, ensuring disciplined investment and measured returns.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
