  • Partner with IT, RPA teams, and ERP implementation leads to ensure process requirements are correctly integrated into system design, configuration, and testing (including SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics).
  • Oversee pilot programs and phased rollouts of process changes or automation solutions; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and process validation to ensure intended outcomes.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, stakeholder communication strategies, training materials, and train-the-trainer sessions to secure adoption and sustainment of new processes.
  • Monitor and report post-implementation performance against target KPIs; identify corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities to realize ongoing benefits.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) and corrective action plans for recurring process failures; institutionalize preventive controls and process checkpoints.
  • Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, including process owners, steering committees, and continuous improvement cadences to ensure accountability and lifecycle management.
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships for process-related tools and services; evaluate solution vendors, support procurement with technical requirements, and oversee contract deliverables related to process outcomes.
  • Create and maintain a process repository and knowledge base with version control, templates, and best practices to accelerate reuse and standardization across the organization.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to define data requirements, build dashboards, and leverage analytics for predictive insights that support proactive process management.
  • Advise on regulatory, compliance, and control implications of redesigned processes; design controls and audit traces to meet internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Prioritize process improvement backlogs using cost-benefit analysis, strategic impact, and resource constraints; manage concurrent workstreams and adapt plans in agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants and process analysts; develop team capabilities in process mapping, facilitation, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Translate high-level strategic initiatives into operational process changes and implementation roadmaps; ensure alignment between corporate strategy and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive standardization and simplification initiatives across business units to reduce complexity and scale best practices globally or across multiple geographies.
  • Evaluate opportunities for digital enablement (RPA, workflow automation, low-code platforms) and recommend the optimal mix of manual redesign, systems change, and automation to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact analysis and align executive sponsors to secure funding, unblock dependencies, and remove organizational barriers to adoption.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports showing benefits realization, risk posture, and recommended next steps for portfolio prioritization.

Secondary Functions
