Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead end-to-end process discovery and mapping using BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping and process flow diagrams to document current-state and recommended future-state processes, ensuring clarity for cross-functional stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process playbooks, work instructions, and governance artifacts that support consistent execution and compliance.
- Translate business requirements into process requirements and functional specifications for IT, RPA, and automation teams; partner with solution architects to scope automation opportunities and proof-of-concepts.
- Drive RPA and workflow automation projects from opportunity assessment to process design, validation, and production handover, collaborating with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or vendor teams.
- Establish and track process KPIs and dashboards (e.g., throughput, error rates, SLA attainment) using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel; report performance to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, process walkthroughs, and stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements, align priorities, and gain consensus on process changes.
- Serve as the primary change agent for process rollouts: develop communication plans, training materials, and end-user documentation; coordinate pilot programs and phased deployments.
- Perform cost-benefit and impact analyses for process changes, quantifying time savings, cost avoidance, and quality improvements to inform prioritization and funding decisions.
- Manage risks and compliance considerations in process design, ensuring controls, audit trails, and segregation of duties are incorporated to meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Conduct process simulation and scenario analysis to forecast throughput and resource needs under alternate process designs or demand scenarios.
- Maintain a continuous improvement backlog and roadmap aligned to strategic objectives; prioritize improvements using a data-driven scoring model and capacity planning.
- Lead root cause investigations for process failures, coordinate corrective actions, and verify effectiveness through control plans and monitoring.
- Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and lineage for process performance measurement and automation triggers.
- Mentor and coach local process owners and operational teams on process discipline, problem-solving techniques, and measurement approaches.
- Define and manage the process governance model including process ownership, review cadences, exception handling, and lifecycle management for existing and new processes.
- Support procurement and vendor management for process-related tools and services, evaluating vendor capabilities and participating in RFPs where applicable.
- Develop and manage process KPIs in support of customer experience initiatives and service level objectives; escalate performance trends and propose remediation plans.
- Validate and QA new and redesigned processes through structured testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, and post-implementation reviews to ensure requirements are met.
- Document audit trails of process changes, maintain version control of process artifacts, and facilitate internal and external audit readiness.
- Collaborate with HR and learning & development to embed process changes into onboarding and continuous training curricula.

Educational Background
Minimum Education:
