Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead end-to-end business initiatives and cross-functional projects, owning project scope, timelines, resource plans, risk mitigation and delivery to ensure measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, cost savings or process cycle-time reduction.
  • Develop, maintain and present P&L models, monthly forecasts, and rolling financial scenarios to senior leadership; identify variance drivers and recommend corrective action plans to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.
  • Build robust financial models and business cases to evaluate new investments, pricing changes, go-to-market strategies and product launches; quantify ROI, break-even points and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs for business units and programs; create executive dashboards and scorecards using Excel, Tableau or Power BI to provide actionable insights and trend analysis.
  • Conduct market research, competitive landscape assessments and customer segmentation analyses to inform strategic planning, pricing tactics and product prioritization decisions.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between commercial teams (sales, marketing, customer success) and internal stakeholders to operationalize sales enablement, pipeline forecasting, quota setting and territory planning processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial contracts, service level agreements and pricing terms; coordinate procurement, implementation timelines and performance reviews to ensure vendor deliverables support business objectives.
  • Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma principles) to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies and lower operational costs while improving quality and cycle times.
  • Lead cross-functional launch programs for products, feature releases or go-to-market campaigns; coordinate marketing, sales enablement, training, support readiness and post-launch performance measurement.
  • Own monthly and quarterly business reviews and executive reporting packages; craft clear narratives and data-driven recommendations for leadership and board-level presentations.
  • Execute ad-hoc and recurring analyses (cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, churn drivers, conversion funnels) to answer strategic questions, validate hypotheses and support prioritization of high-impact initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize CRM processes (Salesforce) and sales operations workflows to improve lead-to-revenue conversion, reduce data friction and enhance forecasting discipline.
  • Lead change management efforts including stakeholder alignment, communications plans, training materials and adoption metrics when rolling out new systems, processes or organizational changes.
  • Coordinate budgeting, resource allocation and capacity planning across functions; partner with finance to reconcile budget vs. actuals and to model scenarios for headcount and operating expense decisions.
  • Oversee risk identification and mitigation related to program delivery, compliance, data privacy and contractual obligations; escalate issues appropriately and document remediation plans.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, strategic planning sessions and cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure clarity of objectives, dependencies and decision rights.
  • Prepare persuasive, executive-level presentations and memos that synthesize quantitative analysis and qualitative insights into clear recommendations and next steps for senior leaders.
  • Lead customer escalation resolution for high-impact accounts by coordinating internal teams, prioritizing remediation, and ensuring timely follow-up to protect revenue and customer relationships.
  • Track and optimize go-to-market metrics including acquisition costs, activation rates, upsell success and retention; recommend pricing or packaging changes to maximize lifetime value.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for process documentation, policy updates and standard operating procedures; train and mentor colleagues on best practices and tools.
  • Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to define requirements, validate data integrity, and build scalable reporting solutions that support decision-making across the business.
  • Manage pilot programs and experiments (A/B testing, pricing trials) end-to-end—define hypothesis, design tests, measure results and recommend rollout or rollback actions based on statistical significance and business impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resource planning during peak cycles or special initiatives; prioritize tasks, reassign resources and maintain continuity of service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts or associates, review work products, and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes to build team capability.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics or a related field.

Preferred Education:

MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or related discipline; certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master), Six Sigma, or advanced analytics are a plus.
