  • Facilitate stakeholder governance forums (steering committees, executive briefings, change control boards) and prepare clear decision materials, risk/issue logs and options analysis to accelerate approvals.
  • Define and implement change management plans—communication, training, process documentation and adoption metrics—to ensure new processes or systems are embedded and business outcomes realized.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria and technical requirements in collaboration with product owners and technical leads to ensure development alignment.
  • Prioritize feature work and resource allocation using business value, capacity planning and ROI analysis to maximize impact against strategic KPIs and quarterly goals.
  • Identify, quantify and mitigate project risks; maintain a risk register, lead contingency planning and escalate critical risks with recommended remediation to executive sponsors.
  • Drive vendor selection, contract negotiation and third-party vendor management for outsourced delivery components, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations are met.
  • Lead cross-functional sprint planning, backlog grooming and release planning for Agile delivery teams; ensure planned increments align to business milestones and regulatory constraints.
  • Establish and report on measurable success metrics (adoption, revenue impact, cost savings, cycle time reduction), running post-implementation reviews and benefit realization assessments.
  • Shepherd regulatory, compliance and security requirements through project lifecycle by coordinating with legal, security and compliance teams to ensure deliverables meet policy and audit expectations.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies to align expectations, secure sponsorship and manage competing priorities across multiple business units.

  • Manage resource planning and capacity forecasting for permanent and contingent workforce, ensuring the right skill sets are available to meet project timelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including business cases, scope documents, requirements specs, test plans and user guides to support governance and ongoing operations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project issues and inter-team conflicts, applying negotiation and conflict resolution to restore momentum while protecting scope and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes and tooling (project intake, prioritization frameworks, reporting templates, collaboration platforms) to improve transparency and throughput.
  • Lead readiness assessments and operational handoffs to business owners for sustained support, ensuring SLA definitions, runbooks and training materials are delivered.
  • Coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities, manage defect triage and sign-off processes to ensure delivered solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and business needs.
