Primary Functions

  • Perform light mechanical troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks such as checking and replenishing oil, coolant, and washer fluid; changing a flat tire; and ensuring the vehicle has emergency supplies.
  • Operate and maintain vehicle technology—Bluetooth, in-car navigation, mobile devices, and telematics systems—ensuring connectivity and convenience for clients while safeguarding data privacy.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle handovers and log any incidents, unusual events, or passenger requests, escalating to management immediately when required for safety or service delivery reasons.
