Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, own and continuously refine the enterprise digital strategy and multi-year roadmap that aligns with corporate objectives, prioritizes high-impact initiatives, and defines measurable KPIs (revenue, conversion, NPS, acquisition cost, retention).
  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs across product, marketing, operations and technology β€” defining scope, governance, business cases, budgets, timelines and value realization plans to achieve target ROI.
  • Build and manage the digital P&L: identify new digital revenue models (subscriptions, platform services, marketplaces), set pricing strategies, forecast digital revenue and monitor profitability across channels.
  • Design and deliver seamless omnichannel customer experiences (web, mobile, in-store, contact center) that increase acquisition, engagement and lifetime value, leveraging personalization and CX optimization.
  • Own digital product portfolio management including product strategy, lifecycle, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and go-to-market for digital products and services.
  • Scale digital platforms and architecture (cloud, APIs, microservices, headless commerce) in partnership with engineering and IT to improve velocity, reliability and integration across ecosystems.

  • Lead digital marketing strategy including performance marketing (SEO/SEM), social, content strategy, affiliate and growth channels to drive measurable digital demand.
  • Establish robust data governance, privacy and security policies (GDPR, CCPA, industry regulations) and work with legal and IT to mitigate digital and data risks.
  • Serve as primary digital sponsor for strategic vendor relationships and commercial negotiations (SaaS platforms, system integrators, cloud providers) to optimize cost, SLAs and innovation outcomes.
  • Create agile operating models and DevOps practices for digital teams, including KPIs, sprint cadence, continuous delivery and cross-functional pods to accelerate product development.

  • Ensure digital accessibility, usability and compliance for all digital properties to protect brand, reduce risk and broaden market reach.
  • Design and operationalize digital customer support and self-service solutions (chatbots, knowledge bases, digital service journeys) to reduce cost-to-serve and improve satisfaction.
  • Champion innovation and incubation β€” establish innovation labs, pilot new technologies (AR/VR, IoT, edge computing) and scale successful pilots into production.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
