Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Define and communicate the company’s long-term vision, mission and strategic priorities; align executive team and board on a clear multi-year plan that balances growth, margin expansion, and risk management.
  • Own enterprise P&L and drive financial performance, setting targets for revenue growth, EBITDA, cash flow and return on invested capital; implement performance management systems to ensure accountability.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
