Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develops and owns a multi-year innovation strategy and roadmap aligned to corporate objectives, creating measurable KPIs (revenue from new products, time-to-market, adoption rates, ROI) and a governance model to track progress across business units.
- Leads the end-to-end ideation-to-scale process, overseeing discovery research, prototyping, pilot programs, go-to-market testing, and full-scale commercialization of new products, services, platforms, and business models.
