Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

Conduct comprehensive, systematic patient assessments (vital signs, neurological, respiratory, cardiac, pain, psychosocial) and document findings accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to guide clinical decision-making and care planning.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
