Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine a multi-year community engagement strategy that aligns with organizational mission, increases community participation, and drives measurable outcomes across target neighborhoods and demographic groups.
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale public events, town halls, community forums, and workshops—managing logistics, vendors, volunteers, accessibility needs, safety protocols, and post-event evaluation to maximize attendance and impact.
