Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive compliance mentoring curriculum that maps to regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, Sanctions, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX as applicable) and business risk profiles; ensure learning objectives are measurable and tied to performance metrics.

  • Support onboarding of new compliance hires and business users with structured mentoring plans that accelerate ramp-up and ensure consistent application of controls.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
