Primary Functions

- Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams and oversee testing to validate that deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Drive organizational change and adoption by creating communication plans, training materials, and KPI frameworks; monitor post-implementation performance and iterate.
- Lead vendor selection and procurement activities, including RFP development, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and governance setup.
- Mentor junior consultants and analysts by providing feedback, delegating analytic tasks, and helping them develop consulting techniques and professional presence.
- Monitor and control engagement budgets, invoices and resource utilization; deliver accurate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
