Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Lead end-to-end client engagements by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of strategic and operational projects.

  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile to reduce cost, cycle time, or quality defects across client operations.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, assign tasks, track dependencies and escalate risks proactively to keep complex client programs on track.
  • Build compelling slide decks, reports and dashboards that clearly communicate insights, recommended actions, and impact to C-suite audiences and operational leaders.
  • Execute market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform strategic choices and target-setting for clients across sectors.
  • Configure and advise on technology solutions (CRM, ERP, analytics platforms) to support transformation objectives and integrate business requirements with IT roadmaps.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams and oversee testing to validate that deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
  • Drive organizational change and adoption by creating communication plans, training materials, and KPI frameworks; monitor post-implementation performance and iterate.
  • Lead vendor selection and procurement activities, including RFP development, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and governance setup.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts by providing feedback, delegating analytic tasks, and helping them develop consulting techniques and professional presence.
  • Monitor and control engagement budgets, invoices and resource utilization; deliver accurate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare risk registers and mitigation plans; proactively identify legal, compliance or regulatory implications of proposed solutions and coordinate with subject matter experts.
  • Tailor methodologies and tools to industry context—healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, or technology—to ensure relevance and feasibility of recommendations.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into prioritized action plans and measurable KPIs; establish dashboards and reporting cadence for executive oversight.
  • Support business development by co-authoring proposals, estimating project scope and effort, and presenting capabilities to prospective clients to win new engagements.
  • Facilitate pilot programs and phased rollouts to validate assumptions, capture learnings, and scale successful solutions across the client organization.
  • Coordinate post-project transition to client teams, ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation of processes and responsibilities, and sustainable governance models.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by applying rigorous quality assurance, peer review, and lessons-learned processes to continuously improve consulting practices.
  • Foster trusted adviser relationships with clients by delivering timely, ethical, and practical advice that balances short-term gains with long-term strategic objectives.

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
