Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Serve as the central point of contact between courts, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, defense counsel, corrections, and probation services; proactively communicate case status, scheduling changes, and judge orders to all stakeholders to minimize delays and custody issues.

Experience Requirements

Typical Experience Range:

3–5+ years of direct court liaison, courtroom administration, or judicial support experience; experience with inmate transport coordination, subpoena processing, and case management system administration.
