Primary Functions
- Coordinate end-to-end deal execution for complex commercial transactions, ensuring timely delivery of contract documents, approvals, and closing actions while minimizing revenue leakage and operational risk.

- Manage the internal approval workflow: secure sign-offs from Sales Leadership, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance, ensuring governance requirements and SLA timelines are met.
- Execute KYC/AML and background checks as required for counterparties, escalating potential compliance issues and delivering remediation plans to Risk and Compliance teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources—Product, Implementation, Billing, and Customer Success—to ensure readiness for contract execution and a seamless post-close handoff.
- Validate billing and revenue recognition requirements with Finance to confirm contract terms are compliant with accounting policies and operational systems are configured correctly.
- Track key deal performance KPIs (win/loss reasons, time-to-close, average discount, approval cycle time) and produce weekly/monthly reports to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain and continuously update CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and contract repositories to ensure accurate deal metadata, stage progression, and audit-ready documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transaction-related escalations—resolve conflicts between Sales and Operations, remediate contract discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Facilitate contract signature and close logistics, including execution workflows, signatory validation, funds flow coordination, and archival of fully executed agreements.
- Assess and quantify deal-level risk (credit, compliance, operational) and develop mitigation plans or recommend alternative deal structures to senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate and document amendments, renewals, and change orders to existing agreements, managing impact on revenue, scope, and operational commitments.
