Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions

- Oversee installation and on-site coordination, providing construction observation, punch-list management, and contractor oversight to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide specification writing and product research—sourcing materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture that meet performance, aesthetic, sustainability, and cost criteria.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing design reviews, feedback, and process improvements to raise team capabilities and quality of output.
