Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  1. Identify, evaluate, and acquire land or property opportunities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  2. Conduct financial feasibility studies, including return on investment (ROI), cash flow, and risk analysis.
  3. Manage the entitlement and permitting process in compliance with local zoning laws and building regulations.
  4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and planners to develop project designs and concepts.
