- Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to extract, analyze and visualize transactional and behavioral data to inform product decisions, prioritize features and measure feature adoption and performance.
- Design, plan and execute UAT, pilot programs and phased rollouts; author test scripts, coordinate cross-functional test participants and validate defects are resolved before production release.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs for digital products (conversion rates, retention, AOV, activation) and deliver regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and manage expectations by communicating trade-offs, release scope, timelines and post-release measurement plans; escalate risks and impediments with mitigation strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark digital features, pricing and experience standards; synthesize findings into actionable product improvements and differentiation strategies.
- Translate customer feedback, support tickets and qualitative research into product enhancements and backlog items; prioritize fixes and usability improvements based on impact and effort.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) as a product proxy to ensure user stories are ready, acceptance criteria are explicit and the team retains a consistent product vision.
- Develop wireframes, simple mockups or prototypes (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq) to communicate requirements and validate flows with stakeholders and users prior to development.
- Manage vendor and third-party platform relationships (payment gateways, CRM, analytics vendors), assess technical fit and coordinate contract requirements, onboarding and integration activities.
