- Design omnichannel customer journeys and service blueprints that align online and offline touchpoints to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
- Develop digital strategy artifacts—business cases, ROI models, and phased delivery plans—showing expected benefits, cost estimates, dependencies, and KPIs to support executive decision-making and investment prioritization.
- Advise on platform selection and integration strategies for CMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, analytics, and eCommerce systems, ensuring vendor choices support desired data flows and use cases.
- Partner with analytics and data engineering teams to define dashboards, tracking specifications, and instrumentation plans (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics) to measure product performance and user behavior.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation programs: design tests, define success metrics, coordinate test implementation, analyze results, and recommend rollouts or iterative tests to optimize conversion and engagement.
- Facilitate Agile delivery with product owners and engineering teams—manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, and ensure features are delivered to scope, on time, and with clear acceptance criteria.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows (using Figma or similar tools) to validate assumptions early with users and stakeholders and reduce rework during development.
