Primary Functions

  • Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to write microcopy (CTAs, forms, error messages, onboarding copy) that reduces friction and improves user task completion and retention.
  • Produce editorial blog posts, long-form articles, and thought leadership pieces that support content marketing objectives, inbound traffic growth, and lead generation.
  • Create and maintain persuasive, benefits-focused product messaging and feature explanations that help customers evaluate and choose products or services.
  • Localize and adapt copy for regional markets and multilingual audiences working with localization teams or agencies to ensure cultural relevance and correctness.
