  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, hypothesis generation, prototyping, user testing, engineering delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Prioritize features and technical work using clear frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, value vs. effort) to maximize ROI, conversion, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations to scope requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality increments on an agile cadence.
  • Define and own product success metrics (activation, MAU/DAU, retention, conversion rate, LTV, churn) and build dashboards and tracking to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research — interviews, usability testing, session replay analysis, and funnel analysis — to validate hypotheses and discover unmet customer needs.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and multi-variant experiments in partnership with analytics and engineering to make evidence-based product decisions and iterate rapidly.
  • Create clear, concise product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes or flow diagrams to guide design and development.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across senior leadership, sales, customer success, legal, and compliance, communicating roadmap trade-offs and release plans with transparency and influence.
  • Build and maintain product backlog, grooming and refining user stories, and ensuring the team has a continuous flow of well-defined work.
  • Drive go-to-market planning for product launches including positioning, pricing input, enablement materials, and coordination with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in digital experience, recommending strategic features or pivots to capture growth.
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to define APIs, integrations, and technical requirements that enable scalable product capabilities and faster time-to-market.
  • Own P&L levers for assigned product areas by defining monetization strategies, subscription models, upsell opportunities, and pricing experiments that align with business targets.
  • Champion accessibility, performance, and security best practices in collaboration with UX and engineering to ensure compliant and performant digital experiences.
  • Translate business requirements into measurable product KPIs and establish OKRs for the product area; track progress and adapt plans to meet goals.
  • Mentor and coach junior product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teammates on product best practices, discovery techniques, and agile delivery patterns.
  • Balance technical debt and innovation by working with engineering leaders to prioritize refactors and platform investments that improve developer velocity and product quality.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discovery workshops, story-mapping sessions, and design sprints to accelerate alignment and shorten the time from idea to validated learning.
  • Drive customer feedback loops, including working with customer success and support to triage issues, surface feature requests, and prioritize fixes that impact retention and satisfaction.
  • Own lifecycle marketing triggers and product-driven growth initiatives (onboarding flows, push/email personalization, in-app messaging) that increase activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) by partnering with legal and data teams to implement consent flows, data minimization, and secure handling of customer data.
  • Monitor product health through crash analytics, performance metrics, and user sentiment to proactively address issues and raise product quality.
  • Coordinate internationalization and localization efforts to expand digital products to new geographies, including region-specific requirements and legal considerations.
