Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead and own the month-end and quarter-end close processes for multiple entities, ensuring consolidated financial statements are accurate, complete, and delivered within agreed timelines while driving continuous cycle-time improvements.
- Prepare, review, and deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures; serve as primary owner for complex accounting areas including revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), stock-based compensation, and income taxes (ASC 740).

- Own balance sheet health: drive account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, treasury/working capital reporting, and the monitoring of key balance sheet metrics to ensure accuracy and integrity.
