Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Create, maintain, and publish the course catalog and learning pathways; implement lifecycle management processes for content versioning, archiving, and retirement to reduce technical debt and ensure currency.
  • Monitor compliance training programs, maintain audit-ready records of completions/certifications, escalate non-compliance cases, and provide reporting for regulatory and internal audit purposes.
  • Optimize course performance and learner engagement through A/B testing, iterative updates, microlearning modules, and performance support interventions based on analytics and feedback loops.
