Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Manage the full end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, from initial needs analysis and scoping through to design, development, QA, deployment, and evaluation.
  • Develop, maintain, and meticulously track comprehensive project plans, production schedules, resource allocations, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communication liaison between internal stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and the production team.
  • Lead project kickoff, status, and post-mortem meetings to ensure alignment, facilitate clear communication, track progress, and capture key learnings for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and coordinate the production of all digital learning assets, including interactive modules, videos, podcasts, motion graphics, job aids, and assessments.
  • Source, vet, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors, including freelancers, voice-over artists, talent, and production agencies.
  • Facilitate content review cycles with stakeholders, effectively consolidating feedback and ensuring timely and accurate implementation of revisions.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing on all courses to ensure functionality, content accuracy, and a seamless user experience across various platforms, browsers, and devices.
  • Administer and manage content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, curriculum creation, user enrollment, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate closely with instructional designers to translate learning objectives and storyboards into tangible production requirements and interactive strategies.
  • Manage logistics for video and audio production, including scheduling shoots, booking locations/studios, preparing call sheets, and directing talent.
  • Ensure all learning content adheres to established brand guidelines, style guides, and instructional design standards for a consistent and high-quality learner experience.
  • Champion and research emerging learning technologies, production tools, and industry best practices, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Implement and maintain robust version control and a digital asset management (DAM) system for all project files and media assets.
  • Guarantee all content is compliant with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) to ensure it is usable by learners of all abilities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and scope changes, creatively solving problems to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with data analysts to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze learning analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
  • Manage the localization and translation process for global learning content, coordinating with agencies and regional reviewers to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.
  • Produce and provide technical support for live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions and webinars, managing the platform and supporting facilitators.
  • Translate complex technical and business processes into clear, concise, and engaging learning content suitable for a diverse global audience.
  • Archive final project deliverables and source files systematically, ensuring a well-organized library for future updates and reference.

  • Support the L&D team with ad-hoc content updates and maintenance for the existing course catalog.
  • Contribute to the organization's broader learning strategy by providing insights on production capabilities and technology trends.
  • Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to troubleshoot LMS issues and explore integrations with new learning technologies.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new learning programs and performance support tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hard Skills (Technical)

  • Project Management Software: High proficiency in tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike for task management, resource planning, and timeline tracking.
  • E-Learning Authoring Tools: Deep experience with the Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise) and/or Adobe Captivate for creating interactive content.
  • LMS Administration: Hands-on experience managing and deploying content in a Learning Management System (e.g., Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon, Workday Learning).
  • Video & Audio Editing: Competency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia) and audio editing tools (Adobe Audition, Audacity).

Education & Experience

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
