Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, execute, and meticulously monitor comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing of subject lines and content, and detailed performance analysis to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Manage and cultivate the company's social media presence across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), creating and scheduling engaging content calendars and actively interacting with our online community to foster brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate the creation, optimization, and deployment of diverse digital content, such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos, ensuring all assets align with brand voice, style guides, and SEO best practices.
  • Assist in the daily management and optimization of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid adjustments, and budget monitoring.
  • Utilize web analytics tools, primarily Google Analytics, to track, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, translating complex data into actionable insights for the marketing team.
  • Maintain and update the company website and blog using a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress, ensuring all content is current, accurate, optimized for search engines, and provides an excellent user experience.
  • Support the overarching SEO strategy by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO optimizations (meta tags, internal linking), monitoring keyword rankings, and assisting with backlink-building outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure digital campaigns are seamlessly integrated with offline marketing efforts, product launches, and overall brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute the digital components of virtual and in-person events, including creating landing pages, managing email promotions, running social media campaigns, and coordinating post-event follow-up sequences.
  • Manage and maintain the master e-marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, content posts, and promotional activities are scheduled, coordinated, and executed on time across all channels.
  • Create, test, and manage automated marketing workflows and lead nurturing sequences within a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and report on competitor digital marketing activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to keep our strategy innovative and competitive.
  • Engage with online communities, industry forums, and social media groups, acting as a brand advocate and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as digital agencies, freelance writers, graphic designers, and vendors, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget.
  • Ensure all digital marketing communications, advertisements, and web content adhere to brand guidelines, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry best practices.
  • Assist in crafting and distributing internal communications and newsletters to keep the wider company informed of marketing achievements and upcoming campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing team's digital asset library, ensuring all creative files, brand assets, and campaign materials are logically organized and easily accessible for the team.

Secondary Functions

  • Support the E-commerce team by updating product descriptions, assisting with online promotions, and analyzing customer purchasing behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly and quarterly marketing performance dashboards and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key wins, trends, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis to uncover new audience segments or campaign opportunities.
